Regular or ad-hoc coaching and mentoring

The aim of both coaching and mentoring is to help you to grow and develop the potential within you, allowing you to take responsibility for your own development. In our experience, this then allows you to understand what is important to you at work and in your personal life, gain confidence and improve your communication skills. It can then have a hugely positive effect on the people around you.

We are not qualified coaches, but we can bring our extensive experiences to help you with sessions that can be either focused on coaching styles to help you investigate and develop your ideas, challenges or worries related to work, or we can focus more on the mentoring style and provide advice from our joint knowledge.

"Sounding board" sessions

At The Curious Companions we understand that running a business can be lonely. This is often even more true as your business grows; although you may be surrounded by people, they are all looking to you for leadership and relying on you to make the best decisions for the benefit of everyone.

Sometimes you just need somebody to discuss things with, somebody who won't judge and won't be impacted by the decisions you make, who is objective and can offer a different point of view or perhaps some friendly advice. This is where our sounding board sessions can help. Bounce your ideas off us, talk through your worries, debate solutions to challenges and opportunities or simply ask for advice - these sessions are yours to use however you choose. You can book these sessions with either Dan or Emma, but for more rounded support and double the companionship, we also offer combined sessions with both of us.
